Shipping conditions

Free shipping
We provide free shipping for all our products to all destinations that we ship to. We ship our diamonds and jewellery to you using the most reputable shipping companies such as USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Shipping times
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive? Shipping times vary from country to country for products that are in stock*. Here below are the shipping times (working days):

  • Belgium : 1-2 days
  • Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg : 2-3 days
  • Rest of Europe : 3-5 days
  • Rest of world : 5-7 days

* Products that are not in stock at the moment of purchase will take an extra 4 weeks on top of the normal delivery times to deliver.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for more information.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

For customers living in Belgium it is also possible to collect your purchase in our shop in Antwerp. You can choose this option on the check-out page in step 3: shipping method.


Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. You need to inform us before returning the goods, so we can check if insurance is possible and also suggest the mode of shipping.
