Important notice before you use the PDF ring size guide.
To use this PDF ring guide correctly, you must make sure that you print this page with scaling set to “none”. Any page scaling will give you inaccurate measurements. Use the paper size measurement bar to confirm the printed page is the correct size.
This bar should be 60 mm, please use a ruler to confirm this is correct, if not, do not proceed.

You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read these files. If you do not have Acrobat Reader Download it for free.

First option: Measure a current ring using the sizing circles in the PDF.
1. Choose a ring that fits correctly on to the finger that you intend to buy a ring for. Engagement and wedding rings are worn on the ring finger, either on the right or left hand, depending on your tradition.
2. Lay the ring over the sizing circles below to determine the right size by closely matching the INNER DIAMETER/EDGE of the ring.
Try different sizes until you find the closest match. It is possible that your ring falls between 2 different sizes, in this case, take the larger of the 2.
Tips:
• Measure 3 to 4 times to confirm accuracy and eliminate mistakes.
• Make sure you use a ring from the correct finger and hand.

Second option: Measure your finger using our ring sizer in the PDF.
1. Cut out the ring sizer.
2. Wrap the ring sizer around the intended finger at its widest part, where the ring will come. Make sure that the measurement lines and numbers on the ring sizer are visible. Insert the pointed end into the slit in the ring sizer.
3. Make sure the sizer fits snugly around your finger, you ring . Your ring size is the number that lines up with the slit.
Please note: The ring sizer has all circumference measurements noted with a line, but not all with a number in mm, due to lack of space.
Tips:
• Preferably use this ring sizer in the evening at room temperature. Fingers will be smaller in the morning and/or when they are cold and damp.
• Measure 3 to 4 times to confirm accuracy and eliminate mistakes.

Help with choosing the right size when it’s a surprise !
If you want the ring to be a surprise, ask a parent or a friend of the special person in question, if they know the ring size.
You can also borrow a ring from your partner or person in question and use this as a reference (Use a ring from the correct finger and hand).

Free re-sizing of your ring.
Size not right after all ! No worries, Eternal Carats provides 1 free complimentary size adjustment for all rings bought from us within a period of 30 days from purchase. If you want to make size changes after this period, we are still happy to help you at a small extra cost. In both cases, don’t hesitate to get in touch for return instructions.
Most rings can be re-sized, but certain rings can not due to their complexity; rings with a specific number of diamonds, or elaborate ornate banding, complicated designs etc. In this case we are happy to exchange your ring for another size within 30 days of purchase. Please note that this exchange may result in your ring having a reduction or increase in precious metal weight and or containing fewer or more diamonds. This can ultimately have an effect on the price by an increase or decrease in value.
